You can find all the suburbs we deliver to on our home page under the tab “where we deliver” if you do not see the suburb you are wanting to send to please email us for a delivery quote.
We ask that you provide us with accurate information for your recipient to enusre that your Pretty Little Bunch is delivered without issue.
We ask that the recipients full name is spelt correctly, phone number of the receipient is provided (not your number) as from time to time when the recipient is not home we like to let them know that they have a special delivery awaiting them on their arrival and were we have left the bunch for them.
If the recipient is not home at time of delivery we will be sure to place the flowers in water & in the shade. By the front door in, what is deemed to be a ‘safe’ place. The recipient will then be contacted to notify where the flowers have been left.
The delivery address being correct is vital as the difference between (street & road) or (number 10 or number 10a) is a problem we face all the time.
Access to the recipients property must be ensured as we have trouble with locked gates, pets and appartments with security doors. Please ensure the recipient will be home at the time of delivery, otherwise we suggest you deliver to a workplace or choose an alternate day for delivery.
When delivering a bunch to a hospital we come across issues such as the recipients name not being provided as it would to the hospital as well as pacients being discharged before the arrival of their flowers. We ask that you make sure they will still be in hopsital at time of delivery. Althernatively we suggest sending to a home address to avoid this.
***If we are unable to deliver successfully due to the above an additional fee will apply for re delivery on an alternate day. Minimum re delivery fee $15.00***
We deliver Monday – Friday, as well as Mothers Day and Valentines Day (even if they fall on a weekend). We closed over the Christmas / New Year period for approx. 2-3 weeks.
All deliveries are made from 12noon– 5pm Monday – Friday for businesses and schools, and 12noon – 6pm for personal addresses. Delivery at other times, or on weekends can be organised, although an extra fee will apply.
